Founded by Dr. Philip Kuan and Josh Robinson, Sanba Skincare is the result of more than four years of collaboration, exploration, and intention. What began as a shared vision evolved through extensive travel, research, and firsthand experience across Japan, Vietnam, Egypt, Italy, and South Korea—meeting local producers, learning traditional practices, and understanding the origin of ingredients not just on paper, but in real life.
From sourcing to formulation, Sanba Skincare was built with the belief that skincare should feel personal, considered, and honest. Ingredients were explored where they are grown, refined, and used—seen, touched, smelled, and evaluated for quality and performance long before becoming part of a finished formula.
