Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Sanba Skincare reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers.

 

Sanba Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Sanba Skincare is not responsible for customs delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sanba Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sanba Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

 

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

 

We will review the claim and determine appropriate next steps.
